We are just a few days away from North Texas Giving Day, which takes place officially this Thursday, September 21, 2023, although the donation portal is already open and accepting your contributions (directions to the portal below). This is one of the most important annual events for all non-profit organizations.
As you know, arts organizations such as the Voices of Flower Mound depend on support from our audiences and loyal followers. While we aim to enlighten, uplift, educate, and contribute to the artistic and cultural fabric of our community, so much of it is possible only through your generous support. Your contributions help us purchase music, keep ticket prices accessible so that everyone from all walks of life can enjoy and benefit from our programs, pay for musicians that complement and round out our programs, defray the ever-increasing cost of advertisement, and even help us offer financial assistance to members who would otherwise not be able to participate.
Having recently made our Carnegie Hall debut in New York City last February in a program of music by the internationally renowned composer-conductor Mack Wilberg of Mormon Tabernacle Choir fame, as well as two successful European tours in 2022, The Voices of Flower Mound are fortunate not only to represent Flower Mound the world over, but also to be one of the leading arts organizations in the Flower Mound and greater DFW Metroplex areas. Changing lives as an important part of the cultural fabric of the community is an awesome responsibility, and one we cherish deeply.
We ask for your support once again this year.
