Broadway – Spring 2018 Concert

With the Voices of Flower Mound

The Voices of Flower Mound will transport you right to Broadway with songs from your favorite Broadway Musicals. Director of the VFM, Dr. Arturo Ortega, has selected medleys of songs from the productions of “Mama Mia” and “Les Miserables” along with other popular show tunes including “Whatever Lola Wants” from Damn Yankees, “One” from Chorus Line, “Memory” from Cats, and other very popular songs from several more musical productions. Guest soloist, Malcolm Payne, will be featured with the VFM’s men performing “Old Man River”.

The concert will be held at Trietsch Memorial United Methodist Church, 6101 Morriss Road in Flower Mound on Saturday evening, May 5th, at 7:00PM. Advance tickets may be purchased using PayPal or a credit card by accessing the Voices of Flower Mound website – Advance ticket prices are $12 for adults, $8 for seniors and students. Tickets may be purchased at the door the night of the concert – adults $15, seniors and students $10. Family and group rates are available by calling 214-215-0895.

The Voices of Flower Mound Community Chorus is in its 12th year. In addition to the VFM’s annual spring and fall concerts, the chorus combines with the Trietsch Chancel Choir and Flower Mound Symphony Orchestra to present a patriotic concert during the July 4th weekend and an annual Christmas concert. The VFM also performs at several other community events throughout the year.
